Two deadlines. Both are firm.
The DOJ's final rule under ADA Title II took effect June 2024. Non-compliance carries real legal and financial risk — regardless of which deadline applies to your institution.

Built for the real work of compliance.
Spreadsheets don't track remediation progress. Email threads don't generate evidence packages. ComplyField does both.
Deadline Tracking
Know exactly where you stand against both the April 2026 and April 2027 deadlines — with live countdowns, milestone tracking, and overdue alerts.
Remediation Management
Log every WCAG issue, assign it to a team member, set a due date, and track it from discovery to resolution. Import from axe, WAVE, or any audit tool.
Evidence Locker
Upload audit reports, remediation screenshots, and policy documents. Every file is organized, searchable, and ready to package for a DOJ request.
Multi-Property Support
Manage compliance across every digital property — main website, student portal, mobile app, document library — from a single dashboard.
Team Collaboration
Invite your web team, IT staff, and legal counsel. Role-based access means everyone sees exactly what they need — nothing more.
Board-Level Reporting
Generate one-click PDF reports that communicate compliance status and risk to trustees, councils, and leadership — in plain language, not WCAG jargon.
Scanners find problems. ComplyField manages the fix.
You already have axe, WAVE, or Siteimprove. What you don't have is a system to track who's fixing what, prove it's done, and report it to your board.
What scanners do
- Find issues at a point in time
- Generate reports full of technical jargon
- Tell you what's wrong — not who's fixing it
- Produce no legal evidence of remediation effort
What ComplyField does
- Track every issue from discovery to resolution
- Store evidence that proves you did the work
- Keep your team accountable with assignments and due dates
- Report compliance progress in language leadership understands
Why we built this
Built by practitioners, not vendors.
ComplyField was built by the team managing ADA Title II compliance for a major academic medical center — navigating the same deadlines, the same documentation requirements, and the same pressure to report to leadership that you're facing right now.
We built it because nothing else did the job.

Common questions
Why is pricing per organization and not per seat?
Compliance work requires your whole team — web developers, content editors, IT staff, legal counsel, and leadership. Per-seat pricing punishes collaboration. We price by organization so you can invite everyone who needs to be involved without a budget conversation every time.
Does ComplyField replace our accessibility scanner?
No — and it's not supposed to. Keep using axe, WAVE, Siteimprove, or whatever scanner your team relies on. ComplyField imports their output and manages everything that happens after the scan: who's fixing what, the evidence that it's been fixed, and the reports that prove it to leadership and auditors.
We're under a DOJ consent decree. Does ComplyField help with that specifically?
Yes. ComplyField was built with consent decree compliance in mind. The evidence locker, milestone tracking, and board reporting are all designed to produce the kind of documentation that satisfies ongoing DOJ reporting requirements. For specific legal guidance on your consent decree obligations, consult your institution's counsel.
When will ComplyField launch?
We're building ahead of the April 24, 2026 deadline. Waitlist members will receive access first, along with early-access pricing. Join the waitlist and we'll send one email when access opens.
